The most beautiful things in the universe are the starry heavens above us and the feeling of duty within us. -- Indian proverb
The most beautiful things in the universe are the starry heavens above us and the feeling of duty within us.
-- Indian proverb
". . . the feeling of duty within us." This phrase keeps haunting me. How many of us have a sense of duty withing us? Is this something we are teaching the next generation? When I look at my parents' generation, they did so many things--very unpleasant things out of a sense of duty. I'm ashamed to say I'm not sure I would withstand a litmus test as to possessing and acting on a sense of duty.Carolyn L.
