"Does not Wisdom call, does not understanding raise her voice? ...Hear, for I will speak noble things, and from my lips will come what is right." (Proverbs 8:1,6)
There's a whole series of marvelous mandalas by this artist over on Beliefnet this morning. I recommend that you go take a look and browse through them all!
Well, you can simply gaze upon a mandala of your choice as a support for meditation. Or you can do a contemplation exercise with one and study it carefully reflecting on the symbolic meanings that you find. There are books and cards available of black and white mandalas that you can color yourself as a meditative exercise. Finally, you can create your own mandalas from scratch as part of your inner journey. This is something that Carl Jung did for some time. I have done it as well to my very great benefit!
